Curatorial Rationale: “Pursuit and Discovery”
This exhibition is a personal journey through the inner world of adolescence, identity, and transformation. Divided into two thematic sections—Pursuit and Discovery—the artist explores the emotional and psychological evolution of self-awareness.
• Pursuit captures the tension between uncertainty and the desire for growth. Through four mixed-media works, including digital, 2D, and 3D forms, the artist uses metaphors like tangled wires, reflective surfaces, and dynamic poses to express courage, curiosity, and the struggle to break free from past constraints.
• Discovery reveals moments of clarity and emotional depth. Nature becomes a central motif—caves, rivers, forests, and celestial elements symbolize the unconscious mind and the search for harmony. Dream-inspired pieces like Eye of the Deep and Endless Stream reflect suppressed emotions and the duality of inner experience.
The exhibition layout reinforces this narrative arc. Viewers begin with childhood innocence and progress through confusion, reflection, and ultimately serenity. A symbolic path through natural landscapes guides the audience toward self-realization, culminating in Gaze, where dozens of eyes invite introspection.
